As a MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST , you will report directly to the Marketing Director and your job would be to assist him with the following (but not all inclusive):
OVERALL
1. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in Singapore for food service (b2b)
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in Singapore for retail sales (b2c)
3. Competitor study of companies in similar industries
4. Map out the B2B , B2C and Competitor landscape and come out with a strategy to enter the market
5. Study the legal landscape / government regulations governing businesses in the post-covid marketplace
6. Collect customer data with onsite surveys at Fairprice Finest outlets
Collect data on B2B consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
