YMCA of Singapore – YMCA Internship Programme – CAREER UP Intern

What you'll do:

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions on improving programme delivery and scaling efforts.
• Support the project lead in the development and maintenance of a process map for key programme activities to ensure efficient delivery and documentation.
• Assist in the planning, coordination and setting up of Project UP initiatives, including student outreach, community events, scheduling workshops, and managing participants communications.
• Engage with university students, mentors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and alignment of programme goals.
• Provide administrative support to the project team as needed, including preparing materials and coordinating meetings.

• Communication Pro: Effective communication skills across different platforms and levels – both verbal and written.
• Tech Enthusiast: Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office. If you’re a graphic designer whiz with skills in Canva, Photoshop and web editing – even better! 

Internship Criteria:

- Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident- Desiring to join the social service sector

- Current students from IHL with good academic results- A level graduates, with good preliminary results.
