Brand Strategy & Loyalty Marketing

• Assist with the development of brand strategy and execution of marketing plans 
• Manage Singapore’s loyalty program to ensure constant customer retention, acquisition and engagement
• Develop and execute effective online and offline marketing campaigns to customer base
• Measure impact, analyse results of campaigns and propose recommendations
• Liaise with creative agency to manage local creative process
• Ensure project coordination with other departments

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working in marketing, either on the client or agency side
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing 
• Experience in managing and executing customer-centric CRM strategy
• Strong project management and planning skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Innovative and creative
• Experience in CRM or retail industry preferred
