-Handle operations
-Assigning delivery
-Handling inflow & outflow process
-Oversee day to day operations
-Expertise in customer service
-Setting sales target & having a sales mindset
-Maximising sales and profitability
-Monitor personnel locations and utilizations in order to minimize lead time from order placement to final delivery
-Live relay orders, messages, and information to or from rider fleet
-Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and special requests.
-Record and maintain file and records of work performed, cash collection, and other dispatch information.
Requirements:

-Diploma in Logistics,Supply Chain/ Business Studies/ Any
