Job Description
  • Coordinate with Business Units and local/overseas suppliers on order requirements and supply matters
  • Process orders using ERP system and in accordance with SOP/ISO requirements
  • Monitor shipment schedules and process suppliers’ payments accordingly
  • Maintain and update supplier and pricing database
  • Generate periodical reports for Management and Business Units to track historical purchasing activities
  • Other assigned administrative duties

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma, preferably in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent
  • Experienced in Purchasing/Procurement function preferably dealing with overseas vendors in trading organisations that are ISO certified
  • Familiar with SAP (MM Module) or other equivalent ERP software
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications eg. Excel and Word
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with Mandarin speaking suppliers)

  • Mon – Fri : 8.30am to 6.09pm
  • Company transport is provided from Clementi MRT (one way)
