Job Description

Principle Job Responsibilities

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales team
  2. Liaising and coordinating with respective departments to accomplish task given
  3. Work with HR, IT and Finance on sales new hire on-boarding preparation
  4. To Support Sales & Team Leads for daily scheduling of meetings. Manage their calendar, e-Applications and other work requirement.
  5. To churn out Sales reports every weekly/monthly
  6. Handles customer inquiries and assist to manage quotation preparation for supply orders.
  7. Reviews, cascade and coordinate sales orders and requirements to production (design) when PO is secured.
  8. Create and maintain reference list of customers and coordinate with clients of order delivery.
  9. Maintain list of active projects, deadlines, and outstanding proposals.
  10. Any other Ad-hoc reports, sales admin related duties assigned

Job Requirements

  1. Able to perform under pressure, take initiative and possess a resilient attitude
  2. Good time management and self-motivated
  3. Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office
  4. 2 Internship position(s) for duration for 3-6 month(s)
