Job Description

Principle Job Responsibilities

  1. Participate in various parts of the recruitment lifecycle including: developing and executing appropriate candidate sourcing strategies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting basic phone screens.
  2. Update and keep records for documentation purposes
  3. Administrative support to the HR team
  4. Coordinate and maintain logistics to support and conduct internal training and development courses
  5. Ensure that all HR policy documents eg employee handbook, offer letter, etc are kept up-to-date with any policy changes.
  6. Perform other routine administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  1. Strong interpersonal and communicate skills
  2. Independent and self-motivated
  3. Result–oriented
  4. PC literate
  5. Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business (Human Resource Management) or equipvalent
  6. 2 Intership position(s) for duration for 3-6 month(s)
  7. Applicants must be willing to work in Tai Seng
