Principle Job Responsibilities
- Participate in various parts of the recruitment lifecycle including: developing and executing appropriate candidate sourcing strategies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting basic phone screens.
- Update and keep records for documentation purposes
- Administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinate and maintain logistics to support and conduct internal training and development courses
- Ensure that all HR policy documents eg employee handbook, offer letter, etc are kept up-to-date with any policy changes.
- Perform other routine administrative and clerical duties as assigned

- PC literate
- Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business (Human Resource Management) or equipvalent
