Job Description

This position reports to the Director of the company and interfaces with other Managing Team members and Tech Lead. Xprenia focuses on developing and equipping talents with innovative ideas to solve critical problems in today's world and a team of future leaders and entrepreneurs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Competitor Research and Analysis

  • Interpret and evaluate researched information and data from various competitors and develop a marketing strategy to enhance Xprenia's marketing presence
  • Evaluate the marketing approach both internally and externally and uncover areas for further improvement
  • Research on trending business topics, Singapore startup topics and keep current with government and industry updates through relevant blogs and events to help with new content generation

Marketing Campaigns

  • Craft strategic marketing visuals, videos, articles and collaterals to reach out to potential clients and gain more traction for Xprenia in various social media platforms
  • Explore various tools and strategies to ensure all content search are fully optimised

Business Development

  • Engage with potential clients to drive awareness and build meaningful engagement with them
  • Assist in hosting workshops and events with the internal team, partners and clients

Requirements included but not limited to:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
  • Experience in B2B marketing/ sales will be a plus 
  • Competent in commercial awareness, communication and interpersonal skills, time management, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Highly proficient in written and verbal English
  • Competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, iMovie, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator/After Effects will be a plus
