Assist sales department in processing customer inquiries and meeting their needs.
Manage all inquiries, provide timely response and follow-ups
- Build sustainable and lasting relationships with customer through telecommunications, social media or web-based platform
- Provide accurate and valid information to customers
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey at given timeline, keep records of customer interactions
- Create and update customer purchasing patterns
- Process and coordinate customer order fulfillment
- Generate customer order related documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers by upselling company products
