• Assist the day-to-day operations of eCommerce platforms and backend operations, such as order generating, fulfilment and inventory
• Provide support to online sales, marketing and corporate online presence
• Provide customer support and service on technical and other general enquiries
• Support the e-commerce operation from collection of order, products, checkouts and the full delivery logistic function
• Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to implement and support the Company’s e-commerce initiative
