Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Adminstration Clerks to be responsible for managing and maintaining the efficient operation of an organisation's daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilites:
• Answer phone calls and respond to email
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Prepare reports and documents
• Organise and maintain filing and record systems
• Manage budgets and process financial tasks
• Ensure office environment is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Provide administrative support to other departments and staff members as needed.
• Data Entry
Requirement:
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
• Ability to write/ read Chinese
