遇见小面 A bowl of Chongqing-style noodles kick-starts a day of Chongqing locals, but for three young graduates from South China University of Technology, it marks the start of their entrepreneurial journey. From Jiangbei to Nan'an and from Yuzhong to Jiulongpo,we looked for the flavor of Chongqing-style noodles that deeply impressed us,and finally encountered the"Taste of Chongqing"at a time-honored mom-and-pop restaurant. In 2014,with an idea that"Small things make a big difference"and with a view to allowing more people to"A Taste of Chongqing, at XIAO NOODLES "the first XIAO NOODLES restaurant opened.Every encounter is warm, familiar, and unforgettable.
XIAO NOODLES entered the market with unique Chongqing-style noodles,and has taken a lead in the segment-market. lt has successfully developed four signature product lines:the Red Bowl Noodle (Mala Noodles with Peas and Meat Sauce), the Golden Bowl Noodle (Hot and Sour Glass Noodles), Wonton Series, and Maocai Hot Pot Series.
Our brand has established a strategic presence across key metropolitan markets, including : Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and also in Republic of Singapore, with a global network of over 500 stores.On December 5, 2025,Our company was officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange(Stock Code:02408.HK), becoming the first listed Chinese noodle restaurant stock in the public market.The global offering attracted strong participation from institutional investors, with HHLR Advisors.Ltd. , Hai Di Lao Holdings Pte. Ltd. joining as cornerstone investors.
While steadily expanding our commercial footprint, XIAO NOODLES has consistently upheld the principle of "Small Acts, Big impacts" to fulfill our social responsibility. We have carried out multiple charitable initiatives, from donating for the Hong Kong Tai Po fire, to establishing "XlAO NOODLES-SCUT Education Fund", and to launching public welfare projects, all of which demonstrate our commitment to conveying the brand's warmth through concrete actions.
Key Responsibilities(前后厅通岗|14个工作站培养)
1) Service Area(服务区)
Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests
Take orders and handle cashiering/POS duties
Present and serve food & beverages accurately and efficiently
Clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and perform station turnover duties
Support daily outlet operations and teamwork
2) Production Area(生产区)
Support food and beverage preparation across stations
Perform basic kitchen station tasks such as bowl setup, boiling/cooking, frying, and plating (as assigned)
Follow food safety, hygiene standards, and SOPs strictly
Keep production stations clean, organized, and well-stocked
3) Learning & Growth Path(学习与晋升)
Participate in structured on-the-job training and rotate through stations
Progressively learn up to 14 stations
and complete skill assessments
Upon certification, you will be promoted to
All-Star Crew (全能服务员)
Eligible to support training of new team members
Clear progression opportunity:
Shift Leader(值班组长)→ Assistant Manager(副店长)→ Store Manager(店长)
Requirements
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
Service-oriented and enjoys interacting with customers
Positive attitude, responsible work ethic, and willing to learn
Passionate about the F&B industry
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Students and applicants with no prior experience are welcome. Training will be provided.
Working Hours
Part-time, roster-based schedule
Working hours and rest days arranged flexibly based on operational needs
Shifts may include morning, afternoon, or evening
