Responsibilities:
- Support the team on day-to-day HR activities inan effective and timely manner
- Assist on the full cycle of employee experiencefrom onboarding to offboarding
- Ensuring all p-files are up to date
- Assist on data consolidation for HRIS migration
- Assist the HR team with HR initiatives
- Support in other HR- related duties / projectswhen required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resources,Business or a related field
- Good knowledge of local employment laws ofSingapore
- Ability to adapt andcope in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about people, services and culture
- Good team player, eager to learn with a can-do attitude
