- Production of tart shells and dough
- Preparing of custard, ganache, fillings, mousse
- Preparing of croissant and brioche
- Finishing of final product
Requirements- No experience required
- Newly graduated welcome to apply
- Interest in making tarts and croissant
- Hardworking, proactive and efficient.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- 5.5 day work week, 5am to 3pm or 730am to 430pm
- Transport provided
