Write Edge Learning Centre – Project Management and Operations Intern

At Write Edge, we specialise in providing high-quality English and Writing tuition classes for 7-16 year olds in Singapore.
Write Edge was founded in 2014 with a vision to deliver exceptionally effective lessons that help to build a strong foundation in the English language, nurture writing skills in young students and hone their skills of translating vivid imagination into stories. From just 12 students and 1 branch in Lorong Ah Soo, The Write Corner has since expanded to 7 branches. 

We are looking for a driven, resourceful, committed, creative and independent individual to join our team for a 6-month internship! Join a fast-growing SME and have a fruitful, hands-on experience with close mentorship! We are only looking for Singaporeans/Permanent Residents.

Responsibilities:
- Support lead in projects at hand
- Involved in new projects' testing and implementation
- Data collection of student numbers
- Participate in operations brainstorming session
- Streamline current processes and protocols
** This role may also require travelling to any of our centres or event location

Skills Required:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Enjoys administrative work and proficient at it
- Able to work and liaise with internal and external stakeholder
- Forward thinker that is able to anticipate future needs and issues of projects
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
- Must be IT Savvy
