• To lead, manage online marketing and communications program and initiatives
• Write, conceptualize and edit content for organisation website, posters, EDM (Electronic Direct Mailer) and other collateral
• Manage and update corporate website
• Plan and design layout of collateral
• Liaise with external vendors related to production of collateral
• Ensure quality of content – Proof-reading, testing online deliveries activity, links, etc.
• Organised product launch events & other Company marketing vents
• Responsible for getting Vendor Sponsorship for the purpose of funding Company Marketing Events
• Responsible for the budgets given for the running of Events
• Responsible for maintaining and keeping track of marketing funds
• Responsible for working with Channel & Product Sales Team to invite Customers to attend such events
• Responsible for managing the Company’s Marketing events and ensure smooth running of operations
