Job Description

I.Mission of the Department: To ensure a high performing WWF Office with efficient operating systems, professional and skilled staff, and strong financial resources, delivering corporate responsibility partnerships and fundraising for WWF’s priority conservation activities in Singapore and the rest of the WWF’s global network.
II.Major Functions: Assist in the recruitment and coordination for part-timers
III.Major Duties and Responsibilities:
•Assist in recruitment of part-time coordinators, including job postings, pre-screening and interviewing of applicants
•Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including drafting and administering of contracts
•Manage schedule of part-time coordinators
•Provide training to new part-time coordinators
•Manage event booth as and when manpower is required
•Prepare time sheets and assist in payroll
•Assist with event merchandise
•Performs other appropriate duties upon request
IV.Profile:
Required Qualifications
•Undergraduate students/ Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in business management or other related field

Required Skills and Competencies
•Able to prioritise and operate under tight deadlines
•Good coordination and multi-tasking skills
•Good communication skills, with spoken and written fluency in English
•Adheres to WWF’s values, which are: Knowledgeable, Optimistic, Determined and Engaging
V.Working Relationships:
Internal - All departments in the organisation and within the WWF network
External – With external vendors
