World Scientific is seeking a Marketing intern to join its young and vibrant team. The successful candidate will have hands on exposure to a variety of campaigns through social media, direct marketing, media outreach, online event organization.
Job Description
Descriptions:
- Update authors’ contacts and payment details
- Screen incoming emails relating to royalty enquiries and provide timely response
- Organizing printed hardcopy royalty statements for authors without email addresses
- Assist in cheque / EFT royalties payments
- Assist in stock count
- Support the team for Bookmaster upgrade
- Other accounting related assignments
Requirements:
- GCE A Level / Diploma or equivalent
- Highly organized and meticulous
- Good written and communication skills to handle authors’ queries
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Minimal supervision
- Work well in a team
- Contract: Dec 2025 - May 2026
