Job Description

• HR Strategy & Organizational Design

Work alongside consultants to deep dive and assess HR needs, refine job scopes, and review organizational structures. Participate in proposal writing and help craft tailored, strategic recommendations for clients.

• Research, Compliance & Market Intelligence

Stay sharp and current — conduct research on HR laws, grants, and emerging trends. Your insights will support internal strategy and empower clients with up-to-date, compliant practices.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

Collaborate with internal teams across consultancy, operations, and design to deliver seamless solutions. Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and insights that help drive better HR decisions.

What You'll Learn

• Knowledge in HR compliance and service operations
