Job Description

About the role: We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator who thrives in a challenging, exciting and fast-paced start-up environment. He/she should be proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner. He/she will not only be independent but also be able to collaborate in a team environment. Reporting directly to our director, you will be responsible to ensure our fulfilment and operations exceed the expectations of our clientele.

Job Scope: - Responsible for arranging and coordinating with partners, warehouse and delivering team for daily delivery and requests. - Working with the procurement team to ensure inventory level is always optimal. - Working with sales and delivery team to provide accurate and punctual order delivery. - Managing procurement and coordinate delivery with warehouse and 3rd party logistics companies. - Ensure that our products will reach the hands of our clientele in the fastest and cost-efficient method. - Optimising fulfilment, warehousing and operations flows and costs - Other ad-hoc administrative support duties relating to fulfilment and operations

Requirements: - Min 2 years of working experience in the furniture industry - A committed team player, self-reliant and responsible - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Proactive and responsive in delivering high-quality works that support the team and the company - Basic understanding of Social Commerce and Internet Industry. - Possess good written and communication skills - Ability to conceptualize and present findings and recommendations
