Job Description

Description:

  • Support Tour Manager in the planning and execution of all tours
  • Coordinate pre and post tour operations, including the following but not exclusive to: manpower scheduling, transportation arrangements, tour logistics, feedback management, etc.
  • Maintain company's database with all updated details, including the following but not exclusive to: inventory, tour guides, tour coordinators, external vendors, partners, etc.
  • Involved in direct tour operations such as facilitator, host, tech and admin support in both physical and virtual tours;
  • Assist in ground management by providing support to tour guides and operational staff;
  • Conduct tour research and development, and development-based projects
  • Represent the company and interact with clients in a professional and presentable manner;
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews (e.g. Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Facebook);
  • Other ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Those with a degree in tourism and hospitality is preferred
  • Visually presentable and speaks in a pleasant manner 
  • Working experience in tourism-related industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
  • Fresh grads welcomed to apply
