Job Description
Description:
- Support Tour Manager in the planning and execution of all tours
- Coordinate pre and post tour operations, including the following but not exclusive to: manpower scheduling, transportation arrangements, tour logistics, feedback management, etc.
- Maintain company's database with all updated details, including the following but not exclusive to: inventory, tour guides, tour coordinators, external vendors, partners, etc.
- Involved in direct tour operations such as facilitator, host, tech and admin support in both physical and virtual tours;
- Assist in ground management by providing support to tour guides and operational staff;
- Conduct tour research and development, and development-based projects
- Represent the company and interact with clients in a professional and presentable manner;
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews (e.g. Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Facebook);
- Other ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Those with a degree in tourism and hospitality is preferred
- Visually presentable and speaks in a pleasant manner
- Working experience in tourism-related industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
- Fresh grads welcomed to apply
