Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Client Relations Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for students who are eager to gain hands-on industry experience in sales, client servicing, and travel operations.

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Handle sales enquiries and recommend suitable products for different target audience 
  • Assist in reaching out to potential leads via sales platforms, EDMs, and sales outreach campaigns 
  • Support the team with quotation preparation, tour proposals, and client follow-ups 
  • Perform data entry to ensure up-to-date sales records and databases (including CRM software) 
  • Assist in post-sales processes like collecting customer feedback, collecting reviews and maintaining client relationships 
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on behalf of managers 
  • Collaborate with the internal teams (finance and operation) in regard to payments and ensuring a great experience for clients.
  • Support on-the-ground tour coordination and logistics when needed 
  • Contribute to other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the team
