Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist sales teams with customer engagement & product preparation, testing, packaging etc.
2. Handle shipment & delivery from warehouse, ensuring accuracy
3. Support online retail operation
4. Perform data entry, sort, file documents
5. Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
1. Specialisation in Electronics preferred
2. Able to start work within a short notice or immediate will be an advantage
3. Basic soldering skills would be an advantage
4. Proficiency in English & Mandarin is required to handle queries, issues & concerns from Chinese-speaking clients
