HR / Admin Executive (3 Months Contract)
You will perform HR administrative and office support activities across all departments.
- Handle full spectrum of HR duties and actives including staff and workers payroll.
- Handle all work pass related matter including application, renewal, issuance and cancellation.
- Administer recruitment, resignation, termination, promotion, benefits.
- Assist in setting up of attendance system (TMS)
- Maintain and update employee’s personal records.
- General administrative support as and when needed.
- Any other HR-related duties as assigned by the management.
