Description

We're looking for interns who can:

• research and analyse businesses
• identify and reach out to relevant prospects to organise meetings
• represent us in meetings to conduct a detailed needs analysis

Requirement

• A genuine interest in Consulting and/or Executive Coaching as it relates to organisational communication.
• Ability to sell large and complex ideas.
• Excellent communicational skills and high self-confidence to interact with senior executives.
• Critical thinking and to frame the prospect’s problems to show an understanding of their needs and be able to manage their expectations.
• Presentational competence to explain feasible solutions and outcomes in a clear and objective manner.

Interns with potential may be offered working opportunities as consultants or trainers, based solely on their performance. Please kindly note that we require applicants to be residents in Singapore.
