Founded in 2017, WINGS has grown into a multidisciplinary intensive intervention hub dedicated to clients with diverse special needs. Our programmes are designed to empower children and families through structured, intensive intervention. From Early Intervention, to specialised approaches such as Dynamic Movement Intervention* (DMI), NeuroSuit*, TheraSuit Method*, Autism Fitness*, Intensive Gait Training, Adaptive Sports, and School Readiness Programmes, Our team work collaboratively to create a safe, inclusive environment where children can thrive. Together, we deliver on the promise — movement, milestones, and meaningful progress for every child.

• Deliver intensive interventions for clients using WINGS programmes
• Provide high-quality care with sensitivity and professionalism
• Use effective communication, play and motivation techniques to engage clients and families
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in line with centre requirements
• Ensure proper care, maintenance and safe use of equipment and facilities
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development, particularly in paediatrics
• Support clinic operations, including administrative tasks 
• Assist in sport coaching
