Job Description
Customer Relationship Officer (3 Months Contract)
- Support Customer Relationship Management department in day to day operations of wt+ membership campaigns and activities
- Assist in all wt+ communications including edm, sms and in-store collaterals and other ad-hoc campaigns
- Support in customer service, membership enquiries and any other troubleshoot
- Support in season launch activities within the marketing team and any event support when needed
Job Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Business/ Marketing or other relevant discipline
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Meticulous and detailed for eye
- Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and independently
- Able to start immediately
