Job Description
Customer Experience Intern (6-months)
- Events/ Social media planning and management (eg. Facebook, Instagram)
- Content Creation (eg. Photo/ video shoots)
- Liaising with freelancers/ influencers/ celebrities
- Assist in marketing/ CRM communications including edms, sms, in-store collaterals and other ad-hoc campaigns
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience department on a day to day operations, season launch activities as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Business/ Marketing / Communications/ Digital Marketing or other relevant Discipline
- Meticulous and detailed for eye
- Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and independently
- Strong understanding/ passion about the social media sphere (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office, photography and video editing will be an added advantage
