Established in 2019, Win Café is a bistro with the comfort of a home that aims to provide different delicacies to satisfy the cravings for all palates. 

• Ensure ingredients for Wanton Mee stall are prepared, cooked and plated accurately
• Check stock level, order and replenish of stock in FIFO order
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
• Ensure correct and safe use of all equipment and tools
• Maintain proper consistency of food quality and service
• Manage the planning and scheduling of food preparation
• Ensure area of responsibility are clean, tide and organized
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in F&B / Kitchen
• Possess Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certification
