Marketing Communications Assistant (Contract)
Wilhelmsen Ships Service, Marine Products’ team is looking for a Marketing Communications Assistant (contract) who thrives in a challenging, exciting, and fast-paced environment. As our Marketing Communications Assistant, you be working on a dynamic global team, providing support to the marketing team on a wide range of projects.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Provide support on marketing campaigns management – updating the marketing campaign project plan, co-ordinate the marketing deliverables with external agencies and designers, track project timeline and budgets.
- Assist in providing events/exhibition guidelines and marketing support to the sales team.
- Communicate directly with the product team and act as the liaison point with the external marketing suppliers.
- Update monthly digital marketing analytics and campaign reports.
- Assist in content support on marketing collaterals (flyers, brochures, presentation slides) and customer-focused messaging
- Carry out other relevant tasks as assigned.
Our Requirements:
- Able to commit for ate least 6 months of service (subject to renewal upon completion).
- Portfolio or previous work e.g. video, graphic design, writeup, blog, instagram etc.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Major in public relations, communications, marketing, business or advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities under tight deadlines while performing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Proactive, resourceful and well-organised.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
