Wildlife Warriors is a Singapore-based forest school that creates meaningful, hands-on outdoor learning experiences for children aged 4 to 12. We run weekly sessions, holiday camps, and nature-based workshops that focus on character-building, creativity, and confidence through play, exploration, and real-world skills.

Part-Time Female Forest School Coach (Weekends & School Holidays)

Wildlife Warriors is a forest school in Singapore offering outdoor education programs for children aged 4 to 12. We provide child-led, nature-based learning experiences through weekly sessions, holiday camps, and hands-on workshops focused on bushcraft, environmental awareness, outdoor survival, and character development.
We are looking for female part-time coaches (aged 22 and above) who are enthusiastic about working with children in outdoor environments. As a coach, you will guide groups of children through engaging and meaningful forest school activities such as nature play, campfire cooking, bushcraft, team games, and nature crafts.
* Responsibilities:
Facilitate and support forest school sessions in nature parks and outdoor locations
Guide children in hands-on activities such as fire lighting, scavenger hunts, and nature crafts
Ensure safety, engagement, and positive group dynamics during each session
Communicate with parents when necessary in a professional and friendly manner
Collaborate with lead coaches and follow Wildlife Warriors’ ethos and values
* Requirements:
Female, aged 22 and above (due to group dynamics and role expectations)
Passionate about working with children aged 4–12
Comfortable with outdoor environments (heat, insects, uneven terrain, etc.)
Reliable, responsible, and able to lead with warmth and confidence
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Available on weekends and during school holidays
Able to commute to various nature parks in Singapore (e.g. Jurong Lake Gardens, West Coast Park)
* Bonus Qualifications (Preferred but not required):
Experience in early childhood, education, coaching, enrichment, or outdoor facilitation
Background in youth mentoring or nature education
Current Standard First Aid certification
* Training:
Mandatory training and onboarding provided (unpaid)
Trial sessions will be arranged before formal coaching opportunities
