Job Description

The Sales Associate will provide support to the Asia sales team, lead digital direct sales qualification and drive new logo acquisition across multiple channels to market, all in collaboration with assigned territory Account Managers. Ideally, you thrive in a fast-paced technology environment with interest in consultative selling techniques and navigating diverse Business and IT stakeholders, to deliver business growth

Primary Responsibilities:

Key Activities

  • Contact and initial qualification of Digital leads sources
  • Create tailored, qualitative demostrations
  • Pitch demos and solutions to prspects (together with Solution Architects and Account Managers)
  • Assist AM's on existing clients requests and opportunity progression
  • Diligent follow-up with clients and prospects
  • Contribute to Whispir subject matter assets (eg. external Webinar's and training assets)

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage entire sales cycle from qualification to close for digital direct leads
  • Maintain good relationship with clients and avoid churn
  • Service existing accounts and acquire new accounts
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to propose solutions that meet or exceed customer needs
  • Maintain appropriate technical knowledge of product
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related customer acquisition and revenue results
  • Keep Whispir stakeholders regularly informed of status, progress of opportunities and ensure timely, accurate Salesforce CRM updates
  • Represent Whispir at Channel Partner and Whispir events
