The Role
We’re looking for passionate and talented Marketing interns to assist with day-to-day marketing efforts across WeWork. You will be a team player on the regional marketing team and play a central role in executing our centralized & national marketing initiatives. The role will support the regional marketing team in managing vendor relations, owning sales collateral creation, and liaising between internal teams. As an intern you will enjoy working in a fast-paced, global organization with stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Support national marketing plans in collaboration with the Brand, Sales, and Community Teams
- Assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of marketing execution – from hands-on operational work to project management
- Support lead generation and retention efforts, including the creation and updating of sales collateral
- Support central teams with intermediate copywriting and content if and when appropriate
- Actively work on improving information sharing, training, goal setting and key marketing KPIs
- Communicate regular updates to the local and central teams about marketing objectives and progress
- Act as a brand ambassador at WeWork events
- Assist with operational support, including submitting requisitions, managing vendor payments
Requirements
- Currently completing Degree or Diploma; Marketing, Communications preferred
- Events experience preferred
- Continuously seeking out opportunities to learn and improve
- Highly creative and able to formulate a unique vision for our communities and members
- Flexible and can adapt accordingly to newly formed organizations
- Strong attention to detail along with strong organizational and project management skills
- Results driven with an ability to execute independently
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking skills
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficient in English (Both verbal and written skills)
- Can commit to 2nd Sept 2019 till 31st Jan 2020
