Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible to support Director, Engineering for Singapore site. Support in technology transformation and automation master plan for Singapore site. Investigate and explore technology implementation, establish budget and timeline. Prepare necessary project documents for execution and implementation of master plan. Coordinate cross functional teams to obtain requirements and good understanding of process flow to support the master plan. Communication and interact with local site and vendors on all necessary activities to support project. Collaborate with cross functional team on project management and necessary activities for successful investigative study
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Work with internal and external team resources to:
•Identify project requirements in engineering and technology transformation
•Develop detailed master plan with budget, timeline, project scope and identified technology
•Ensure technical requirements for assigned projects are achieved
•Ensure that all required documentation deliverables are satisfied and delivered
•Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (Process Engineering, Engineering, Production, Tooling) to establish project requirement and establish implementation plan
•Interface with cross functional team to establish and communicate program priorities, status and needs of assigned projects towards committed scope, time resource and budget
•Follow applicable West project management process & methods to manage scope, time, and budget using the agreed documentation and protocols.
•Maintain clear communication paths with all stakeholders
•Develop and maintain required project management documents associated with assigned projects
•Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance
•Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
•BS in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or equivalent technical degree
•Project Management skills
•Demonstrated experience in preparing business case with financial justification
•Must speak English. Any other Asian language will be an added advantage
