Job Description
- Provide first level of technical and operation support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems to customer
- Setup computers and install software various application and programs
- Keen to learn and able to pick IT-related skill set
- complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Regular updates for follow up actions & problem status
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by team leader or management Team
Requirements:
- At least Professional Certificate/NITEC in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Familiarity and understanding functions of basic computer hardware and software
- Knowledge of handling different test and strong attention to detail
- Possesses a good attitude, and communication skills to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and a responsible team player to work with team
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
