Qualifications & Experience :
- Min. 1 year of working experience in a related field
- Must have accounting knowledge
- Training provided to an inexperienced candidate

Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Handle invoice matching task; receive, review, and verify all invoices and ensure its accuracy and supported with relevant documents before posting to accounting system.
2. Ensure all documents are properly filed and scan to document management system.
3. Perform monthly vendors’ reconciliation.
4. Liaise with vendor to resolve all discrepancies in relation to billing.
5. Prepare payment and submit for approval on time.
6. Any ad-hoc assignments.
