Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support finance operations duties such as daily bank reconciliation, liquidity risk monitoring, settlements of trades, etc.
  • Process payments to vendors and reimbursements to employees.
  • Assist with financial accounting duties including preparation of general ledger journals and month-end schedules, prepare monthly financial reports which comply with IFRS, tax and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in statutory audits, tax compliance and other regulatory matters.
  • Assist with other administrative duties.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting would be highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and preferably has hands-on experience in accounting software.
  • A good command of written and verbal English.
  • Strong attention to details, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times.
  • Be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
  • Good and effective interpersonal skills.
