The Asia-Pacific New Business Development team is expanding and we're seeking an experienced designer who is passionate about creating winning business presentations and generating visual assets for our colleagues across the region. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of design projects, from pitch decks to web design, marketing assets to creative production materials. Our team supports 10 offices across Asia, providing an exciting variety of work across many clients and prospects for our teams.
What you're here to do
- Take lead and sometimes collaborate on design and execution to deliver stunning pitch materials for our teams across the region
- Collaborate with pitch leads to ensure pitch assets are delivered on time and according to expectations
- Brainstorm and develop creative visual assets that will be used across the region
- Ensure brand consistency on all developed materials
What you got
- 2 years of multi-disciplinary design experience
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality creative work
- Above intermediate level in Adobe and Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator will be your daily go-to tools)
- Flexible mindset with a friendly approach to working with different types of teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stay on track
- Able to receive direction, work collaboratively and actively participate in internal brainstorming
- Ability to think and see the big picture, but solve even the smallest details
- A self-starter mindset that relates to everything stated above
You will be joining a small and fun team that specializes in regional pitch and business operations, so besides the usual ‘meticulous’, ‘self-motivating designer’s must-haves, you must be able to function efficiently under tight timelines, be proactive, curious, and have a great sense of responsibility/urgency.
