The Event Executive will be working with a small team of dynamic individuals to organise and execute events for the agency’s clients who are mostly from the public sector. You will be provided with the opportunity to learn and be exposed to a wide range of physical and virtual events, from liaising with our clients directly to covering all aspects of the event.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the team with the execution of events by providing required administrative and operational support
• Manage a team of temp staff during execution of events, ensuring that they achieve their KPIs
• Liaise with client and provide them with prompt event updates
• Create and maintain accurate and up to date records and files for all event management projects and ensure that all budgets are adhered with, invoices and payments are properly made.
