WE/UI Pte Ltd – Project Management Intern

• Communicating with the internal team and client to work out the timeline and weekly project status updates.
• Working closely with the developers to ensure the milestones are met within the stipulated timeline.
• Working with the account servicing team to work out the cost estimate/quotation for the clients.
• Monitoring overall project status and highlight to internal management team and clients if there is any potential delay to the project.
• Monitoring web development projects.
• Supporting the clients/users in the User Acceptance Testing

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate welcome
• Relevant project management experience is preferred
• Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are preferred
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including summarising information for executive consumption
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment, including both regional and global teams. Ability to forge solid internal and external customer relationships.
• Resourceful, innovative, and adaptable. Comfortable in a rapidly evolving environment, and skilled in change management.
• A strong team player with good communication skills
