We Are Caring is growing fast. Since our opening in 2016, we already have more than 2,000 customers, with an increasing pace. We are now in a fundraising process to open new markets abroad and continue to grow in Singapore. And to achieve this, we are looking for brilliant and passionate individuals, capable of handling our clients’ needs and concerns efficiently and grow with us!

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Expand our portfolio of customers in a sustainable manner by providing the best level of service at all times, including during the period of helper’s employment

  • Liaise with clients by:

    • Answering to enquiries effectively

    • Ensuring clear communication with clients in establishing criteria

    • Providing guidance to clients in finding a well-suited helper

  • Act as an intermediary between clients and administrative officers to ensure important documents are retrieved

  • Keep our collaborative dashboard updated to efficiently share the information in real-time and ensure seamless operations

 

Requirements

  • Excited about startup challenges and able to work deliver results according to specific objectives 

  • Have an interest for innovation or the migrant workers’ industry

  • Proficient with IT - We are a paperless company

  • Applicant will have to obtain the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI), a mandatory qualification delivered by MOM for all personnel working in employment agencies. The company will cover all costs

  • Able to commit for a minimum period of 4 months; priority will be given to candidates wanting to convert to full-time position

 

Working Conditions

  • 5-days work week (4 week days and either Saturday or Sunday) 

  • Remuneration: $1,000 - $1,300 monthly + performance-based bonuses
