Set up by a team of passionate entrepreneurs and humanists in Singapore in 2016, we are now looking for our first Community Relations Executive to help us increase our outreach and the engagement of our audience.
This role will give you the opportunity to implement innovative ideas and plenty of opportunities to make a real difference in the world.
Duties and Responsibilities
Expanding our outreach to alternative communities of migrant workers in Singapore via marketing campaigns and partnerships
Increase the number of helpers signing up and completing the onboarding process
Conduct qualitative screening for all applicants
Maintain close professional connections with the community
Act as the main point of contact for the helpers during their period of employment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business management or related disciplines
2 years of working experience in customer facing environments
Successful applicant will have to obtain the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI), a mandatory qualification delivered by MOM for all personnel working in employment agencies. The company will cover all costs
Excited about startup environment and proactive
Excellent time management and capability to work independently
Approachable attitude with strong connections with the migrant communities and enjoy interacting with migrant workers
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to grasp and and learn processes quickly and relay the steps accurately to applicants
Working Condition
5 day work week (4 week days and either Saturday or Sunday)
Remuneration: $2,400 – 2,700 + performance-based bonus
