Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the success & sustainable growth of our leading services (Premium plan, Match sessions, paperless hiring)
- Responsible for the sales pipeline and the lead conversion
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Collaborate smoothly with the team and the management
- Identify opportunities & implement improvements to optimize our operations, through marketing & communication tools, automation or organizational change
Requirements
- Bachelor or equivalent (fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Interest for changing the migrant workers' industry in an ethical way
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Excited to work in a Startup, with a multi-cultural team and in a multi-cultural environment
- Singaporean or PR only
