Duties and Responsibilities
➔ Expanding our portfolio of customers for our two leading products by providing the best level of
service at all times
➔ Analysing potential improvements of our processes for a higher scalability and implementing the
change - systematically measuring their results
➔ Collaborate with the director on the marketing & social media strategy to increase the awareness
of our services within the migrant workers communities
➔ Explore new business opportunities (project of an online marketplace for training courses)
Requirements
➔ Excited about startup challenges and able to work deliver results according to specific objectives
➔ Interest for the social business is an advantage
➔ Business Development, Marketing, Sociology, or other university background welcome!
➔ Curious, thrived to join a multicultural team
➔ Proficient with IT - We are a paperless company
