Wateroam is looking for a new team member who is highly passionate about global change to join us as a Customer Success Executive Intern. This role involves working in a fast-paced start-up environment that entails the following responsibilities:

• Perform lead generation processes
• Support in business intelligence activities including market and customer background research
• Respond to customer enquiries
• Develop Sales collateral materials
• Manage product demonstration display
• Manage e-commerce store
• Perform fulfilment of orders including liaising with shipping couriers and customers
• Improve optimisation and automation of sales and sales operations processes

• Preferable previous work experience in an administrative role
