Watch Centre – eCommerce Operations Intern

Watch Centre Singapore is a growing ecommerce start up incorporated in 2018.

We are a watches and accessories seller mainly on Lazada and right now looking to expand into Shopee. We have been achieving growth in customer retention because of continuously providing low prices due to a back to back orders management system.

We are looking for an independent person to improve our sales and order fulfilment, as well as perform basic data entry duties mainly revolving around product listing creation.

Duties:

• Create and manage new and existing products on eCommerce platforms.
• Content writing and copying.
• Download and source for product images online.
• Manage and simple editing of product images using software.
• Enhance and rectify non-performing existing product content.
• Packing of packages mainly watches for courier collection.
• Managing of customer online enquiries and walk ins.
• Researching and identifying sales opportunities
• Ad hoc duties: Packing of watches parcels, arranging of inventory, filing.
• 5 day work week including Saturdays and Sundays. 

Qualities Expected:

• IT Savvy and able to understand eCommerce industry.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Knowledge on watches is a plus.
• Fast learner due to rapid change in eCommerce industry.
• Open to having multiple responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Willing to work on repetitive work with good qualities and meet deadlines.
