Watch Centre Singapore is a growing ecommerce start up incorporated in 2018.
We are a watches and accessories seller mainly on Lazada and right now looking to expand into more platforms and products. We have been achieving high growth in customer retention.
We are looking for an independent person to improve our eCommerce store front, and order fulfilment, as well as perform basic data entry duties mainly revolving around product listing creation.
Job Description
- Create and manage new and existing products on eCommerce platforms.
- Content writing and copying.
- Download and source for product images online.
- Manage and simple editing of product images using software.
- Enhance and rectify non-performing existing product content.
- Packing of packages for courier collection.
- Managing of customer online enquiries and walk ins.
- Researching and identifying sales opportunities.
- Ad hoc duties: Arranging of inventory, ensuring price competitiveness.
- 5 day work week including Saturdays and Sundays if necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in any field.
- Able to perform repetitive work with minimal supervision.
- Have a good customer experience mentality.
- Graphic design skills (ie: Canva) is a bonus.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
- Open to having multiple responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis.
- Meticulous, detail oriented and pro-active.
