W Market Singapore curates pop-up market and creates experiences in Singapore. Our plan is to create a space for young entrepreneurs to expand their business and create brand awareness. We are hiring young, creative minds to join our humble family!
Roles & Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
- Work with various vendors in booth registrations and work with finance for payment related matters
- Sourcing of curated vendors for the particular event
- Setting up and tearing down of event space
- Supporting vendors in space requirements – additional tables, chairs, electricity, and related matters
- Oversee whole market operation throughout
- Administrative matters relating to the event (Layout, Vendors Listing, Permits Submission)
- Coordinate with venue operator and other government agencies for licensing
- Overall in-charge of whole Market Operations
Ad-hoc Administrative matters
Requirements:
- Previously in events management related field
- Work well with details and processes
- Communicates well and finds satisfaction in getting things done
- Critical thinking in managing operational issues
- Positive learning attitude and hardworking individual
