- Liaise with clients for accounting outsourcing services
- Manage clients’ job requests when required
- Build and enhance relationship with clients to grow portfolio
- Ensure data quality and accuracy in reports with strict adherence to established deadlines
- Ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
- Energetic, creative and resourceful
- Prior 1 to 2 years experience working in professional services and/or telemarketing environment will be advantageous
