Job Description
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external customers
- Review and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information on the customer inquiries.
- Prepare quotations to the customer inquiries.
- Input quotations, sales and purchase orders into SAP system.
- Issue purchase orders to manufacturing plants.
- Monitor and expedite orders closely with factories to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate forwarding of the goods to customers’ premises.
- Prepare and submit documentations in accordance with order requirements
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
